GEMINA LABORATORIES ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF TRANSACTION

Gemina Laboratories Ltd., further to its news release dated Nov. 13, 2024, will not be proceeding with the non-brokered private placement of up to $7-million at a price of 75 cents per common share. The company has not been able to close on its subscription and is in the process of exploring financing alternatives.

The company also wishes to announce that Martha Najib and Bola Grace have left the board of directors. The company sincerely thanks them both for their service and wishes them the very best in their future endeavours.
