DEVERON PROVIDES UPDATE ON FINANCIALS

Deveron Corp. has provided an update with respect to its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2025, the annual management's discussion and analysis for the same period, and management certifications of the annual filings. The company anticipates that the annual filings will not be filed by the prescribed deadline of Oct. 28, 2025, due to financial difficulties of the company. Due to financial hardship, the company is unable to provide an estimate as to when it will be in a position to complete the annual filings.
