Effective on Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, the company's listing will transfer from NEX to TSX Venture Exchange, the company's tier classification will change from NEX to Tier 1 and the filing and service office will change from NEX to Calgary, pending completion of the private placement and reverse takeover announced in the company's news releases of Sept. 10, 2025, and Oct. 1, 2025. The company's graduation to TSX Venture Exchange does not constitute exchange approval of the reverse takeover.
