The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants of Avrupa Minerals Ltd.

Private placement:

Number of warrants:  7.99 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 4, 2015

New expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 4, 2017

Exercise price of warrants:  25 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 7.99 million shares with 7.99 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Oct. 4, 2012.
