Pursuant to a resolution passed by directors of Altina Capital Corp. on April 28, 2025, Altina has changed its name from Altina to Aeonian Resources Corp. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, the common shares of Aeonian Resources will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Altina Capital will be delisted.

Aeonian Resources is classified as a mining company.

Capitalization:  unlimited shares with no par value, of which 40,912,100 shares are issued and outstanding

Escrow:  4.08 million shares subject to the CPC (capital pool company) escrow agreement; 12,222,100 shares and 1,347,000 warrants subject to a 36-month staged release escrow agreement
