Quantum Cobalt Corp. has released the results of its annual general meeting held on April 26, 2018. The shareholders passed all resolutions for the company and have re-elected Greg Burns, Kenneth Tollstam, Jerry Huang, Quinn Field-Dyte and Von Torres to the board of directors.
