POUNCE PROVIDES SHAREHOLDER UPDATE

Pounce Technologies Inc. has provided an update to the corporate and trading update provided on July 17, 2017.

The company intends to continue the current process to formalize and structure appropriately an acquisition of a suitable business that could have a potential of being accretive for Pounce shareholders. While the company continues to move in this direction and is positive about the prospects, there can be no assurance that this process will result in any transaction or will be accretive to the shareholders. The company is working diligently in this regard; however, there is not yet a specific timetable on when the company could finalize on a transaction, and the company does not expect to make further public comment regarding these matters until the company enters into a binding agreement in this regard.
