LAGUNA BLENDS INC. ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE AND TICKER SYMBOL CHANGE

Following the previously announced acquisition of ISO International LLC on May 15, 2017, Laguna Blends Inc. will change its name to Isodiol International Inc. and Canadian Securities Exchange ticker symbol to ISOL, effective June 9, 2017.

The company's common shares are expected to begin trading on the CSE on June 9, 2017, under the symbol ISOL. The new Cusip will be 465400L101, and the new ISIN number will be CA46500L1013.

The name change and the symbol change were approved by the board of directors of the company.
