GENSOURCE ANNOUNCES GRANTING OF STOCK OPTIONS

Gensource Potash Corp. has granted an aggregate of 1.8 million stock options, of which one million were granted to certain directors of the corporation and 800,000 were granted to consultants. The options were granted under the corporation's stock option plan and each stock option entitles the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of seven cents and the options expire on Oct. 1, 2020.
