GLOBAL BLOCKCHAIN ANNOUNCES VOLUNTARY DELISTING FROM TSX VENTURE AND LISTING ON CANADIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE

Global Blockchain Technologies Corp. has received conditional approval for the voluntary delisting of its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange. The company has been conditionally approved for the listing of its common shares as an investment issuer on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The company expects that its common shares will commence trading on the CSE at market open on Jan. 23, 2018, under the symbol BLOC.
