The legal dispute between Frank Callaghan and his former company, Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd., has become a bit more complex, with Mr. Callaghan suing Barkerville in the Supreme Court of British Columbia over an exploration services agreement. He claims that the company unfairly terminated the agreement, under which he provided drilling and other services. He is seeking damages stemming from that termination.
The allegations from Mr. Callaghan are contained in a notice of claim filed at the Vancouver courthouse on Oct. 30, 2017. The plaintiffs are Mr. Callaghan and a private company that he controls, Standard Drilling and Engineering Ltd. The notice of claim identifies Mr. Callaghan as the president of Barkerville and its predecessors from Feb. 27, 1991, to July 30, 2014.

Good for you, Frank!!
Should you win, the company should certainly be able fund damages, as they do have almost all of still-in-the-ground gold in the land mass you assembled.
But Standard didn't have insurance on that excavator???
