ANNOUNCES NOTICE OF HEARING OF A DIRECTOR IN CONNECTION WITH OTHER REPORTING ISSUER Vancouver, British Columbia, November 4, 2020 - Vanity Capital Inc. (NEX Board: VYC.H) ("Vanity") announces that it has been advised that John Archibald, a director of the Company, was issued a Notice of Hearing from the British Columbia Securities Commission (the "BCSC") published on October 26, 2020 alleging that he made false or misleading statements about how a NI 43-101 technical report dated October 14, 2014 for First Mexican Gold Corp. ("First Mexican") was prepared and his qualifications as a qualified person as defined in NI 43-101. These allegations have not been proven. Vanity is not a related issuer to First Mexican and has never conducted business with First Mexican. Mr. Archibald is an independent director of Vanity. Management of the Company has contacted Mr. Archibald for his explanation of the matter.
