Warrant exercise price:  15 cents for a period of two years from the closing date

Number of placees:  12 placees

Total pro group involvement:  950,000 (two placees)

Finders' fees:  $6,337.50 cash commission paid to PI Financial Corp. and $1,501.50 cash commission paid to Mackie Research Capital Corp.
