MANULIFE DECLARES PREFERRED SHARE DIVIDENDS

Manulife Financial Corp.'s board of directors has declared quarterly shareholder dividends on the following non-cumulative preferred shares of Manulife Financial, payable on or after Dec. 19, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 23, 2020.

Class A shares, Series 2:  29.063 cents per share

Class A shares, Series 3:  28.125 cents per share

Class 1 shares, Series 3:  13.6125 cents per share

Class 1 shares, Series 4:  9.767 cents per share

Class 1 shares, Series 5:  24.3188 cents per share
