The TSX Venture Exchange climbed 14.92 points to 395.67 Wednesday. Praveen Varshney's fourth capital pool shell, AAJ Capital 2 Corp. (AAJC: halted at $0.12), plans to acquire Asia Interactive Services (Hong
Kong) Ltd. for the shell's qualifying transaction. The shell will roll back 1 for 1.25, leaving it with 4.12 million shares issued, then issue 47,970,069 shares to its target's shareholders.
Asia Interactive was founded in Hong Kong in 2006. It operates websites for property listings, both for sale and for rent. The company's two main websites are called PropGo and PropGo Luxury. Listings on PropGo comprise properties in Hong Kong, China and Singapore, but it appears that most of the listings are in Hong Kong. PropGo shows 1,160 properties for sale and 3,330 properties for rent on Hong Kong Island. Meanwhile, it shows only three properties for sale and none for rent in Beijing. In Singapore, it shows 70 properties for sale and 13 for rent.
