Kevin Brewer's CMC Metals Ltd. (CMB) closed unchanged at 2.5 cents on 485,000 shares. The company is applauding Jared Lazerson's OTC-listed North Bay Resources Inc. (NBRI) for welcoming the first 20 tonnes of ore from its Fran project at the Bishop milling facility. CMC Metals cares, as it sold North Bay a 55.5-per-cent interest in the mill in exchange for $100,000 (U.S.) in cash and $400,000 (U.S.) in stock, which worked out to 1.12 billion North Bay shares.
