The diamond and specialty minerals stocks box score on Thursday was a mediocre 78-80-152 as the TSX Venture Exchange fell two points to 609. Jean-Sebastien Lavallee's Critical Elements Lithium Corp. (CRE) fell six cents to $1.91 on 3.05 million shares. Today was the company's third day with over one million shares traded thanks to new assays from its Rose lithium project in Quebec.

(VRR) leapt to an intraday high of 31.5 cents before ending the day up seven cents to 24 cents on 3.76 million shares. This hit follows the discovery hole drilled last fall that tested the fringe of the target and produced about 40 metres of weathered diatreme kimberlite breccia.
