The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Calibre Mining Corp. will be listed and posted for trading at the open on Oct. 21, 2019. According to the TSX, there will be 310,321,880 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, with 78,160,393 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol CXB, in Canadian dollars and under Cusip No. 13000C 20 5.
The TSX reports that Calibre is a Canadian-based mineral exploration, development and production company with properties located in Nicaragua, including the producing El Limon and La Libertad gold mines. The company does not expect to pay dividends on its shares in the foreseeable future. Its transfer agent and registrar is Computershare Trust Company of Canada at its principal office in Vancouver, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31.
According to the TSX, the company has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since Oct. 31, 2018, under the symbol CXB. It will be delisted from the TSX-V on Oct. 21, 2019, upon the start of trading on the TSX.
