Alpha Lithium Corp. (ALLI) rose six cents to $1 on 2.16 million shares following word that it sold 10 million shares at 37 cents. Alpha was a 50-cent stock just a month ago and it was as high as $1.49 a few days ago. American Lithium Corp. (LI), also a 50-cent stock in mid-June, leapt 44 cents to $2 on 7.16 million shares today. (On Monday, it had been as high as $2.99 and as low as $1.52.)
