MANULIFE DECLARES PREFERRED SHARE DIVIDENDS

Manulife Financial Corp.'s board of directors has declared quarterly dividends on the non-cumulative preferred shares of Manulife, payable on or after March 19, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 23, 2021.

Dividends:

  • Class A shares, Series 2, 29.063 cents per share
  • Class A shares, Series 3, 28.125 cents per share;
  • Class 1 shares, Series 3, 13.6125 cents per share;
  • Class 1 shares, Series 4, 9.2465 cents per share;
  • Class 1 shares, Series 5, 24.3188 cents per share;
  • Class 1 shares, Series 7, 26.95 cents per share;
  • Class 1 shares, Series 9, 27.1938 cents per share;
  • Class 1 shares, Series 11, 29.5688 cents per share;
  • Class 1 shares, Series 13, 27.5875 cents per share;
  • Class 1 shares, Series 15, 23.6625 cents per share;
