THE CALDWELL PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF VOTE FOR ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

At The Caldwell Partners International Inc.'s annual meeting of shareholders on Feb. 22, 2021, there were 78 shareholders voting by proxy and in total, holding 15,807,911 voting common shares, representing 61.98 per cent of the total number of voting common shares outstanding.

Each of the directors listed as a nominee in the management proxy circular dated Jan. 14, 2021, was elected as a director of the corporation until the next annual meeting.

The results of the vote for the election of directors and the appointment of the auditor are shown in the attached tables.
