Raymond Harari and Peter Simeon have filed a preliminary prospectus to list their first shell, Momentous Capital Corp., with a
$230,000 initial public offering at 10 cents. Its IPO agent is
Haywood Securities Inc.
Mr. Harari, 28, lives in Panama. In 2012, he spent three months as an intern at Merrill Lynch in New York. The following year, he spent two months as an intern at Northbay International Inc., the exclusive distributor of Nike products in Panama. After graduating from university in 2014, he spent 14 months as an analyst at Nomura Securities International Inc. in New York. Then from 2015 to 2018, he worked at a family-owned conglomerate in Panama, Regency Group Inc., holding positions such as new business manager.
From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Harari was the deputy director of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of
Panama. That was a volunteer position, and his duties included helping with the planning of trade shows. From 2018 to 2020, he sat on the board of Ican Israel Cannabis Ltd., a medical cannabis conference organizer. From March, 2019, to March, 2020, he was an adviser to Khiron Life Sciences Corp. (KHRN: $0.47), a Colombian marijuana grower.
