This case seems bizarre. What happened to the $5.5 million in profits? If the Poonians are in bankruptcy, then where did the money go?

how does a couple in bankruptcy put up a legal fight against the Attorney General of Ontario, the Attorney General of British Columbia, the Attorney General of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals, the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, the Alberta Securities Commission, the Ontario Securities Commission and the Osgoode Investor Protection Clinic and BC Securities Commission?

Why write this comment 3 times the money was spent or hidden simple as that

"the money was spent or hidden simple as that". In this day and age when the government can track a $10 dollar donation to the Truckers Convey and then shut down their bank acoounts. How can they not track who spent the money or how/where is it hidden? Doesn't make any sense.
