(CSE: ZOG) (FSE: 7UT) ("Zoglo's" or the "Company") announces that it held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "AGM") today. The proposals to be considered at the AGM are described in detail in the proxy materials previously distributed to Zoglo's shareholders and filed on SEDAR or around May 11, 2022. Due to issues with the audit process which have delayed the completion and delivery of the consolidated audited financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020, the Auditor's Report thereon and the related management discussion and analysis, (the "Financial Statements"), the Company adjourned the meeting to Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 2:00 pm (EDT) at the same location (8965 Woodbine Avenue, Markham, Ontario). In order to afford shareholders the opportunity to review the Company's Financial Statements prior to the meeting, all business will be conducted at the adjourned meeting and the Financial Statements will be filed on SEDAR prior to the date for the adjourned meeting and a copy will be mailed to shareholders who have requested them.
