(CSE: ZOG) ("Zoglo's" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted 1,150,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company. Each Option is exercisable for one common share in the capital of the Company (a "Share") at an exercise price of $0.20 per Share for a period of five years. One-third of the stock options vest immediately and one-third of the stock options will vest on each of the six-month and twelve-month anniversary of the grant date. All stock options are subject to the terms of the Company's Stock Option Plan, any necessary regulatory approvals and applicable securities law hold periods.
