ZINC8 ENERGY SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF BOARD MEMBER

Zinc8 Energy Solutions Inc.'s Storm Boswick has resigned as director of the company to pursue other endeavours. The board of Zinc8 would like to thank Mr. Boswick for his tenure and wish him well in his future.
