The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Goldmoney Inc. has continued its jurisdiction of incorporation from the laws of the Province of British Columbia to the laws of the territory of the British Virgin Islands. According to the TSX, the company's shares will continue trading under the symbol XAU. The new Cusip number is G4001R 10 4.
