WORLD COPPER ANNOUNCES ANTICIPATED CLOSING DATE FOR THE SALE OF THE ZONIA PROJECT

World Copper Ltd.'s previously announced arrangement whereby Plata Latina Minerals Corp. will acquire the Zonia copper project in Arizona from World Copper by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement, is expected to close on Oct. 30, 2025.
