The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an acquisition agreement dated March 3, 2023, between the Vior Inc. and Sphinx Resources Ltd., in connection with the acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in a block of 35 claims located near its Belleterre gold project in exchange for a cash payment of $15,000 and the issuance of 60,000 common shares of the company.
