The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Vitalhub Corp. will list an additional 5,118,111 common shares at the open on Aug. 20, 2025. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $12.70 per share, pursuant to the prospectus supplement dated Aug. 15, 2025, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated July 23, 2025.
