VITALHUB ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC HIRE TO ACCELERATE CORPORATE GROWTH

Vitalhub Corp. has added Christian Sgro as head of investor relations and mergers and acquisition specialist. Mr. Sgro will spearhead the global investor relations strategy and enhance the capacity of the company's active consolidation program.

Mr. Sgro joins Vitalhub following seven years of technology equity research experience with Eight Capital and Canaccord Genuity. In his role at Eight Capital, Mr. Sgro maintained equity research coverage of Vitalhub, building a strong understanding of the business and corporate priorities. Prior to joining capital markets, Mr. Sgro worked in public audit and is a CPA, CA and CFA charterholder.
