VITAL BATTERY METALS EXTENDS EXPIRY DATE ON WARRANTS
Vital Battery Metals Inc. has amended the terms of 9.1 million common share purchase warrants, which were issued by way of a private placement, by extending the expiry date an additional one year.
The warrants affected are the 9.1 million transferable share purchase warrants issued on Nov. 8, 2022, at an exercise price of 35 cents and an expiry date of Nov. 8, 2024. The new expiry date will be Nov. 8, 2025.
The company will not be sending out new warrant certificates unless requested by the subscriber.

The Dickson Lake lithium project covers 464 single-cell mining claims and approximately 9,780 hectares, and is near a Brunswick Exploration lithium project, Imagine Lithium's Jackpot deposit and Rock Tech's Georgia Lake deposit.
