The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Uranium Royalty Corp. will list an additional 10,205,000 common shares at the open on Oct. 17, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $2.94 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Oct. 11, 2023, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated July 20, 2023.
