TAMARACK VALLEY ENERGY ANNOUNCES MONTHLY DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd.'s board of directors has declared a monthly cash dividend on the company's common shares of 1.275 cents per share, in accordance with the company's dividend policy. The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2025. This monthly cash dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
