The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of three mineral licences located in the Thelon basin, Nunavut, known as the Monarch uranium property.

Consideration:  upon exchange approval, $35,000 cash and 5.5 million common shares
