The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that TD Q U.S. Small-Mid-Cap Equity ETF will list U.S.-dollar units at 5:01 p.m. on Jan. 13, 2025, for trading at the open on Jan. 14, 2025. According to the TSX, the listing will cover units to be issued at $25 (U.S.) per unit in an offering, pursuant to the terms of the fund's prospectus dated Oct. 29, 2024.

The offering is expected to close on Jan. 14, 2025. The transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal offices in Toronto, and the designated market-maker is TD Securities Inc. The U.S.-dollar units will trade under the symbol TQSM.U and with Cusip No. 872355 20 1.
