The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Titan Medical Inc. will be delisted at the close on Oct. 15, 2024. According to the TSX, the company has completed an amalgamation involving
Conavi Medical Inc., pursuant to an
amalgamation agreement dated March 17, 2024, as
amended, entered into between Conavi, the company
and a wholly owned subsidiary of the company,
1000824255 Ontario Inc., which
resulted in the reverse takeover of the company by
Conavi.
Immediately prior to the closing of the amalgamation, the
shares of Titan Medical were consolidated on a one-for-25
basis. Following completion of the amalgamation, Titan Medical changed its name to Conavi Medical Corp. In order to receive resulting issuer common shares on a
postconsolidated basis, holders of shares of Titan Medical are asked to
return the letter of transmittal along with share
certificates and/or DRS advices to Computershare Trust
Company of Canada at its principal office in Toronto. The TSX understands that shares of the resulting issuer will be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CNVI and will begin trading on Oct. 16, 2024.
