TITAN MEDICAL TO ISSUE SECOND QUARTER 2022 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON AUGUST 11, 2022

Titan Medical Inc. plans to issue its second quarter 2022 financial results prior to market opening on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022. In addition, management will host an investor audio webcast at 8:30 a.m. ET to discuss financial results and business developments in the period. Speakers will include Cary Vance, president and chief executive officer, Stephen Lemieux, chief financial officer, and Kristen Galfetti, vice-president, investor relations.
