TRIFECTA GOLD PROVIDES EXPLORATION UPDATE FROM THE TOMBSTONE GOLD BELT, YUKON

Trifecta Gold Ltd. has provided an update regarding continuing exploration at both its Mt. Hinton and Rye projects. Both projects are situated within the Yukon portion of the Tombstone gold belt. The Mount Hinton project is located less than four kilometres from Hecla Mining Company's Keno Hill mill while the Rye project is located 14 km south from the North Canol Highway.

• 753 metres of diamond drilling in two holes completed at Mt. Hinton;
• Channel sampling of sheeted quartz veins under way at Rye property;
• Drill permit granted for Rye property.

Mt. Hinton drilling update

The 2025 drill program at Mt. Hinton is now complete. Two holes were drilled at the GC target, totalling 753 metres, to test for evidence of an intrusion in the floor of Granite Creek. Both holes targeted a modelled resistivity high, with hole MH-25-039 targeting an area of moderate magnetic response and hole MH-25-040 targeting a high magnetic response. The holes cut intervals of narrow intrusive dikes, as well as zones of disseminated pyrrhotite, which have not been observed in any prior drill holes. The crew and equipment are being demobilized while the company awaits assays and analyzes the drill results.

Rye property update

A second crew has been mobilized to the Rye property where channel sampling and drill site selection are under way. The company has identified a structural corridor through the reduced, Mayo Suite Itsi intrusion and surrounding hornfels, which demonstrates a very high density of sheeted quartz-tourmalineplus or minusarsenopyrite veining. Trifecta has received terms for its updated Class 1 notification for work at Rye which now includes diamond drilling. The company intends to mobilize a drill to the Rye property in August.

About Mt. Hinton

Mt. Hinton is a road-accessible, camp-scale property with over 60 precious metals veins identified to date. The project is underlain by direct extensions of the stratigraphy that hosts Hecla's Keno Hill mines and, because of this, much of the historical exploration at Mt. Hinton focused on its silver potential. Surprisingly, historical workers largely overlooked gold potential, despite visible gold that has been found in many of the known veins. Many bonanza grade (greater than 100 grams per tonne gold) assays have been reported from surface grab and chip samples.

There are active placer mines on the creeks draining in all directions from the property. Based on metal zonation within the district and the regional magnetic signature at Mt. Hinton, a reduced intrusion on the property is theorized to be the driver for much of the mineralization in the district.

About Rye

The Rye project is located in eastern Yukon, 14 km south of the North Canol Road, an unpaved, government-maintained highway. Work in 2024 outlined an intense, 500 by 200 m gold-, bismuth- and tellurium-in-soil anomaly overlying the contact zone of a mapped Tombstone gold belt reduced intrusion and surrounding hornfels. Sheeted quartz veining is observed both within the intrusion and surrounding hornfels and vein specimen samples have yielded up to 8.37 g/t gold and 1,965 parts per million bismuth.

Tombstone gold belt

Extending more than 1,000 kilometres from the Fairbanks district in Alaska eastward across the entire width of Yukon, the Tombstone gold belt hosts many large reduced intrusion-related gold system (RIRGS) mines such as Fort Knox in Alaska (greater than 10 million ounces), Eagle and Olive in Yukon (greater than four million oz) and the past-producing Brewery Creek mine, also in Yukon. Since May, 2020, over 17 million additional ounces of gold have been discovered in the Yukon portion of the belt, including Snowline Gold's Tier 1 Valley discovery, Sitka Gold's RC deposit, Banyan Gold's AurMac deposits and Victoria Gold's Raven deposit.

Tombstone gold belt systems are characterized by sheeted, auriferous quartz veins forming in the carapace zones of Cretaceous-age plutons. They have a characteristic geochemical signature with a gold-bismuth-tellurium plus or minus tungsten core within a broader gold-arsenic halo. The deposits are found within and surrounding the reduced intrusions and typically exhibit a geophysical signature comprising a magnetic low (that is, reduced) coinciding with at conductivity low. Veining in RIRGS systems is typically zoned with a core of sheeted veins surrounded by more discrete gold-arsenic veins and more distal silver-lead-zinc veins.

Technical information in this news release has been approved by Trifecta's vice-president, Jackson Morton, PGeo, a qualified person as defined under the terms of National Instrument 43-101.
