TRICAN WELL SERVICE LTD. ANNOUNCES THE 2024 ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS

Trican Well Service Ltd. has released the final results from its 2024 annual meeting held on May 14, 2024.

Six nominees were elected as directors of Trican to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders of Trican or until their successors are elected or appointed.

At the meeting, shareholders also voted to approve the appointment of KPMG LLP as the auditor of Trican, with votes for the resolution totalling 55,010,750 Trican shares, representing 85.47 per cent of the Trican shares voted. An advisory vote to accept Trican's approach to executive compensation was approved by shareholders, with votes for the resolution totalling 57,505,501 Trican shares, representing 93.46 per cent of the Trican shares voted.
