TRICAN PROVIDES UPDATED Q1 2024 DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

Trican Well Service Ltd. has provided an update to its press release entitled "Trican Reports Annual Results for 2023, Declares Quarterly Dividend and Announces 12.5% Dividend Increase," which was issued on Feb. 21, 2024.

The initial press release stated that the distribution for the dividend declared would be paid March 29, 2024, which is a statutory holiday. The payment date has been updated to March 28, 2024. The record date of March 15, 2024, and the dividend amount per share of 4.5 cents remain unchanged.

This press release should be read in conjunction with the initial press release. These corrections do not change any other information reported in the initial press release.
