SIR ROYALTY INCOME FUND ANNOUNCES MAY 2025 DISTRIBUTION

SIR Royalty Income Fund has declared a cash distribution of 9.5 cents per unit for the period from April 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025. The distribution will be payable on May 30, 2025, to unitholders of record as at the close of business on May 16, 2025.

About SIR Royalty Income Fund

The fund is a trust governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario that receives distribution income from its investment in the SIR Royalty Limited Partnership and interest income from the SIR loan. The fund intends to pay distributions to unitholders on a monthly basis.
