SIR ROYALTY INCOME FUND ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION

SIR Royalty Income Fund today declared a cash distribution of 9.5 cents per unit for the period from Aug. 1, 2023, to Aug. 31, 2023. The distribution will be payable on Sept. 29, 2023, to unitholders of record as at the close of business on Sept. 21, 2023.

About SIR Royalty Income Fund

The fund is a trust governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario that receives distribution income from its investment in the SIR Royalty LP and interest income from the SIR loan. The fund intends to pay distributions to unitholders on a monthly basis.
