STEADRIGHT BOARD GRANTS OPTIONS AND ADDS DIRECTOR AND OFFICERS
Steadright Critical Minerals Inc.'s board of directors has granted options under the company's approved stock option plan in the amount of 1.26 million for directors, officers and consultants at six cents for five years, expiring on April 23, 2030.
The company also wishes to report
that Anne McNally has been appointed chief financial officer and that Terrella Capital Ltd. has been retained as a consulting firm to advise on capital markets for a five-month contract for up to $10,000 per month.
The board also welcomes Matt Lewis, effective today, as the company's new chief executive officer and board member. Chairman John Theobald states that: "The company has been searching for a CEO for a while and wanted to make sure that any new appointment would improve the chances of ensuring the future success for shareholders and propel Steadright moving forward and Mr. Lewis will fit that role well. I congratulate, on behalf of the board of directors, Mr. Lewis on his appointment to the board and as CEO."
Offshoot Exploration Services Inc. has been appointed to lead the 2025 exploration for the
RAM
project in Quebec's Port Cartier area for the copper, cobalt and nickel program.
