PATHFINDER VENTURES LAUNCHES PATHFINDER LIFESTYLE COMMUNITIES, A DIVISION FOCUSED ON LAND-LEASE COMMUNITIES TO ADDRESS HOUSING SHORTAGES AND HOUSING AFFORDABILITY

Pathfinder Ventures Inc. has created its new division, Pathfinder Lifestyle Communities, which will focus on the acquisition and development of manufactured home communities (MHCs), offering a sustainable and affordable housing solution in response to the region's growing housing shortages and affordability crisis.

Pathfinder Lifestyle Communities aims to create vibrant, well-planned communities that will provide residents with high-quality, affordable homes along with resort-like amenities. By leveraging the efficiencies of manufactured housing construction in a land-lease community setting, these MHCs can be developed quickly and cost-effectively versus traditional housing, making homeownership accessible to a broader segment of the population, especially new home buyers or those looking to downsize.

Pathfinder adds Vancouver Island MHC into the Pathfinder Lifestyles Community portfolio

Pathfinder currently owns and operates a 10-unit MHC as part of its Parksville Camp Resort operation. The Parksville MHC has been at 100-per-cent occupancy since Pathfinder purchased the property in 2020 and has been a steady and reliable business segment for Pathfinder.
