Further to its bulletin dated Oct. 10, 2025, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Rockpoint Gas Storage Inc. has closed its initial public offering of Class A common shares. According to the TSX, the Class A shares, which had been trading on an if, as and when-issued basis under the symbol RGSI and with Cusip No. 773915 10 3, have begun trading on a regular settlement basis, under the same symbol and with the same Cusip number, effective at the open on Oct. 15, 2025.
