PREMIER AMERICAN URANIUM REPORTS RESULTS FOLLOWING ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

All matters presented at Premier American Uranium Inc.'s annual general and special meeting of shareholders, held virtually today, were approved by shareholders, as outlined in the company's management information circular prepared in connection with the meeting.

Each of the director nominees was re-elected to serve as a director of the company until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until his successor is otherwise elected or appointed.

Shareholders also approved all other matters presented for approval at the meeting, including the appointment of McGovern Hurley LLP as auditor of the company for the ensuing year and the company's omnibus long-term incentive plan and all unallocated securities thereunder.
