CLEAR SKY ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO POWR LITHIUM CORP.

Clear Sky Lithium Corp. will change its name to Powr Lithium Corp. Effective at the market open on Feb. 1, 2023, the common shares of the company are expected to commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new name and will continue to trade under the existing ticker symbol POWR.

In connection with the name change, the company's common share Cusip has changed to 73940N109, and the company's website will be accessible at the Powr Lithium website. The office location and phone number will remain the same as listed on the company's SEDAR profile.
