Premium Income Corp. has declared monthly distributions, payable on Dec. 31, 2024, to shareholders of record on Dec. 13, 2024, as shown in the attached table.

To the extent that any portion of the distributions are ordinary taxable dividends and not capital gains dividends, they will be eligible dividends.
