NEXTGEN DIGITAL ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Nextgen Digital Platforms Inc. has appointed Alexander Tjiang to the board of directors of the company. Resigning from the board is Michael Rennie. Mr. Tjiang will serve as director in addition to his current responsibilities as interim chief executive officer.

The board extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Rennie for his dedicated services and valuable contributions during his tenure with the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours. Mr. Rennie will continue to work alongside and provide services to the company as an independent adviser.
